Ralf Koesling began his career in 1989 as a Systems Engineer for Powertrain Engineering at Ford Werke AG in Cologne. After he spent 7 years as project engineer at Adam Opel AG, he joined GM Powertrain Europe and worked as Area Manager in Manufactoring Engineering, Plant Logistic, Quality Department Transmission- and forging plant, before he became Project Engineering Manager in Manual Transmission- and Clutch System Engineering and Integration. In 2012 he joined Daimler AG in Stuttgart. After initially working as Project Engineer Manager in development of the new generationof manual transmissions for Passenger Cars, he is currently Manager for All-Wheel Drive Systems and is responsible for the development of Mercedes Benz transfer cases PKW´s, SUV´s and Van´s.

Michael Höck is manager AWD Systems for GKN Driveline responsible for all-wheel drive systems development on different programmes.
Michael joined GKN in 1986 as vehicle test engineer.
In 2003 he joined Getrag Driveline Systems in Cologne, firstly as manager vehicle dynamics and later as manager AWD Systems development.
With the acquisition of Getrag Driveline Systems by GKN in 2011 he rejoined GKN Driveline where he took up his current position.

Alessandro Avallone

Alessandro Avallone studied mechanical engineering at the Politecnico University in Turin. After gaining important technical and commercial development experience at TÜV SÜD and ZF, he joined the "Skunks" team in Modena in 2015. There he acts as Chief Engineer of AWD Systems and is in charge of Alfa Romeo Q4 system design within transmission and driveline product development. In addition, he works on the Maserati product range, including the development of Levante.

All lectures will be translated simultaneously in German and English.
